We are a group of like minded professionals that met in 2023 and continued to network regularly so that we could grow our referral network. During one of our meetings, we were discussing how difficult it can be for Buyers to find all the right services that they need for a smooth transaction in their property journey.

As Property owners and investors ourselves, we all realised that the idea of a one stop option would be a welcome change for most Buyers and Investors who are often confused or disillusioned with the entire process.

This is where the concept for Newcastle Property Focus was born.

Wouldn’t it be great to be able to offer a complete service to Buyers? A service where all the property people involved were on the same page. Where they communicated effectively with each other, creating a synergistic and dynamic experience for the client.
