Michael joined the firm in 2022 as the new Principal Solicitor after previously working for Sparke Helmore Lawyers in Newcastle and in boutique legal practices locally. Michael brings a holistic vibe to managing all legal matters. His efficiency and excellent communication skills assist clients to better understand the legal process. He enjoys client interaction and has a calm and centred approach when working with all aspects of property law.

Alicia is an independent Buyers Agent, Vendors Advocate and Property Manager who helps busy professionals and interstate investors buy a property with minimal fuss and no stress.
As an expert negotiator and property investor herself, she works with a strong network of Agents to help Buyers buy property quicker, and for less. Richard has 5 years of real estate experience and in the past has worked for corporate companies in Europe and Australia.
Richard works hard behind the scenes to make sure everything is running smoothy and is the key Agent responsible for our Property Management division.
He knows how to apply legislation practically to sales and property management transactions and also writes technical and complex training material for real estate.
